12th CAPE SIZE BULKER OF THE COMPANY DELIVERED
With the increasing demand of goods all over the world everyday, ships are getting bigger and larger. So is the manned vessels of the company, as our 12th cape size bulk carrier has been delivered on March 14, 2012 at Imabari Shipbuildyard in Japan.
She is the 6th straight cape size bulk carrier, newly built vessel delivered to be manned by Filipino crew of the company from 2010, with 2 VLOC, by our Shipowners, Fukujin Kisen Co., Ltd. and Ship Managers Kyung Yil Shipping Co., Ltd.
Just like our other ships from same Owners and Principals, she is manned by Korean Senior Officers from our Principals, Kyung Yil Shipping Co., Ltd., Busan, Korea and the company’s Filipino 1/AE, Junior Officers and rating crew.
With the presence of all concerned parties, including representatives from her Charterers, K Line of Japan, she was presented and blessed with a lavish delivery ceremony; and, on same day, sailed towards her maiden voyage to haul coal and ore all over the world.
