CATERING AND COOK UPGRADING PROGRAM

A three (3) days of In-house training course to upgrade the knowledge and skills in the efficient operation of the Catering Department Crew conducted in Lecture, Demonstrations, Videotel showing and actual cooking which includes,

      -   Preparations of Menu, Victualling and Budgeting
      -   Personal Hygiene and Basic Planning
      -   Garbage Disposal and Environmental Compliance Program and Pest Control
      -   Food Delivery, Storage and Preparation
      -   Galley Equipment, Care, Upkeep and Maintenance
      -   Laundry and Cabin Cleaning
      -   Safety in the Galley
      -   Actual Cooking, Japanese, Korean, Chinese and Filipino Food
