FSC CELEBRATES WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY

          

 

          

 

On October 10, 2024, FAIR Shipping Corporation celebrated the World Mental Health Day, a reminder that our mental well-being is just as important as our physical health. It is a day to break the stigma surrounding mental health, to encourage open conversations, and to prioritize self-care.

 

At present, all our vessel officers under Fukujin Kisen Co. Ltd. undergo a Mental Health Awareness and Wellness Program through our partner Psychological Clinics.

 

FSCG believes that mental health awareness and education will equip our seafarers to build resilience and make healthy choices in life especially when they are onboard.
