2017 ECL Seminar

Eastern Car Liner, Ltd. held ECL Safety Seminar in Manila at FSC Training Center, Inc. last October 25, 2017 headed by Mr. Hamunaga, from Japan and C/O Alberto Calimbahin , Crewing Manager, Capt. Renato Clitar, President  of Cordial Shipping, Inc., from Philippines.

 

The following officials from ECL were also there as Instructors to discuss each topic of the seminar:
