FSC & EMCL RUN A TWO-DAY SAFETY SEMINAR

 

MALATE, MANILA—On May 27-28, 2025, FAIR Shipping Corporation together with its principal, Excel Marine Co., LTD. run a two-day Safety Seminar held at the FSC Training Center.

 

This Safety Seminar is being organized annually to ensure that crew members are knowledgeable of the company circulars, aware of the Safety Management System procedures and emergency protocols relevant to their actual experiences onboard, and familiar with the reporting and documentation control systems.

 

The seminar was facilitated by C/E Katsuhiko Matsuura, Director of EMCL, Mr. Shintaro Iwamoto, Crewing Section Leader of EMCL, and Capt. Mamerto L. Panal Jr., person-in-charge for the education of the new SMS procedures. It was attended by 17 Deck Officers and 13 Engineers.
